The United States of America has taken on the task of constructing and maintaining an international network of 'Torture Prisons'.
I've seen the HBO documentary 'The Ghosts of Abu Ghraib'.
I watched the House Arms Committee investigation into the allegations or now can conclusively be called criminal acts of many of US soldiers, on C-SPAN. Rep. Duncan Hunter had presided over the hearings, as the Republicans were the majority, at the time.
Duncan decided to motion to ignore the more than 3,000 photos of evidence. Furthermore, he successfully, made a move to harshly chastise the Army investigators for sending this sort of level of damaging material to the House over site.
It is my opinion that every one of the Republicans that voted to ignore this should be brought up on human rights charges!

Lately, I've felt a very awful connection to how the people that lived outside of Aushcwitz might of been feeling at the time of the Nazi murder and torture factories. I draw this connection loosely, but still it is there!
